5.1. Methodological overview

The subject requires the combination of theoretical concepts (macro aggregates and concepts related to the construction of economic indicators) with practical skills (computer lab search for statistical sources, the calculation of price indexes…). For this reason, the lessons combine theoretical and practical teaching, the computer lab sessions being carried out in small groups.

 

5.2. Learning tasks

There are four types of learning activities:

A) Presentation of lessons, bibliographic orientation and problems posed by the teachers.

B) Discussion and resolution of practical problems, individually and through group work. Seminarss.

C) Resolving exercises, search for bibliography, exam preparation.
